Company Operators: In general work at home is prohibited for non-exempt employees. However, in the few instances where it may happen you must keep track of your hours worked and report them to your manager each week to ensure that those hours are added to your weekly total hours worked. It is your responsibility to ensure that your hours worked are accurately reported to ensure proper payment of all wages. It is important that you report your hours worked truthfully and no one has the authority to instruct you to under or over report hours worked.
